 Step 1: Initial contract

If after this in-person meeting you would like to hire us, we will break down the project to stages, create the timeline, do a price estimate, and create a contract for you to revise and sign.

Step 2: Choosing materials

     It is important for us to build something that you will love, so we take the choice of materials seriously. Based on your chosen style we help you choose the right materials to make your vision come true. We can bring you samples to touch and feel so you have everything to make the right decision. We are a house remodeling company which utilizes new technology. This means that once you finalize colors and materials, we will provide you with a 3D rendering to see how your project will look like in the end. If you are happy with the look, we will finally begin to work on your house remodeling project.

Step 3: Pre-construction

     At this stage we obtain necessary building permits and shop for materials. As house remodelers who have competed many projects in this area we have a list of our own trusted vendors.

Step 4: Construction

     First, we start with demolition. We remove all the unwanted appliances and materials. We make sure the space is clean for the next step. We inspect the area and check electrical wires, plumbing, and drywall to make sure that everything is in a good shape. After that, we begin the installation of new items.

     During the remodeling, we bring everything up to code. Most of the kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects require to add new electrical cables.

Step 5: Closing the project

     This is the most exciting part for both of us. This is where we get to see the excited look on your face when we give you a final walk-through after the final inspection.
